National Center for Border Security and Immigration A consortium of 18 institutions dedicated to the development of technologies, processes and policies designed to protect the nation's borders, foster international trade and enhance understanding of immigration.
RAND: Border & Port Security The RAND Corporation is a nonprofit institution that helps improve policy and decisionmaking through research and analysis.
