You must be registered for classes to be able to access library resources outside of the library building. As soon as you register, access will be restored overnight.
If the resource you are trying to access is not available, look for a red button that says "Find It" and you will either be taken to the resource from another location or to a page giving you the option to request from InterLibrary Loan.
Are you getting a blank screen or an error message? First, clear your browsers cache/cookies and verify that you are using the most updated version of the browser. If this doesn't work, you can report a non-emergency technical problem here and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Is your WebID password expired? If it is, you will not be able to access library resources outside of the library building. Check MyOleMiss to see if you need to reset your password.
