The ILS Steering Committee works together to collaboratively manage the system that serves as the libraries' enterprise system.

The committee has made significant efforts to simplify codes and clean up the database since it began work in 2017. Each library is responsible for their own work and technical support. Any code changes are to be reviewed by the committee prior to being added. Decision-making is largely by consensus and consideration given to the needs of all libraries. Committee liaisons (Gail & Julie) keep their respective leaders informed and meet as needed. All committee members are expected to communicate with their areas and solicit input as a part of their responsibilities.
