I (Brian Young) am the School of Engineering Library Liaison, as well as the library collection strategist. If you need any assistance, please contact me through email at bwyoung@olemiss.edu.
I can assist with:
Interlibrary Loan is a service provided to all students and faculty/staff that allows you to request materials which the UM Libraries does now own. For books, we can generally have the item available in 10-14 days and, for articles, 1-2 days.
Document Delivery is a service provided to graduate students and faculty/staff that allows you to request a print article or print book chapter be scanned and made available to you electronically.
Both of these services can be requested through your Interlibrary Loan account: https://libraries.olemiss.edu/interlibrary-loan/
Citation management tools (list of available options) can be an easy way to organize your research and a convenient way to store literature.

Zotero is optimally used in conjunction with Mozilla Firefox using a convenient plug-in.
For guidance on using Zotero, please see our Zotero guide.
The library has video and image-based tutorials to help you learn how to use specific library services and resources.
Contact Brian Young (bwyoung@olemiss.edu) if you do not see a tutorial for what you need.
