Becoming a Citizen
Representatives from U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS) will discuss the steps to naturalization and answer questions about the process. UM Library’s Citizenship Corner will be highlighted as a source for local information. The Citizenship Corner will include: citizenship test preparation materials along with information about the naturalization process, information about community resources, English teaching materials, and other relevant materials from the collection. Also in attendance, will be Laurie Hall, Superintendent of Documents from the Government Publishing Office. She will reflect on UM Libraries 135th anniversary as a Federal Depository Library.
