Interlibrary Loan / Document Delivery
Interlibrary Loan is a service provided to all students and faculty/staff that allows you to request materials which the UM Libraries does now own. For books, we can generally have the item available in 10-14 days and, for articles, 1-2 days.
Document Delivery is a service provided to graduate students and faculty/staff that allows you to request a print article or print book chapter be scanned and made available to you electronically.
