Interlibrary Loan is a service provided to all students and faculty/staff that allows you to request materials which the UM Libraries does now own. For books, we can generally have the item available in 10-14 days and, for articles, 1-2 days.
Document Delivery is a service provided to graduate students and faculty/staff that allows you to request a print article or print book chapter be scanned and made available to you electronically.
Both of these services can be requested through your Interlibrary Loan account: http://www.olemiss.edu/depts/general_library/files/ill/home.html
UMissMe runs a script that proxies the webpage you are looking on, which results in you being asked to authenticate (i.e., login with your user name and password). Once you do so, the site you are on will check if the library has access to the article.
This is useful when you are searching outside of library databases and a website presents you with a paywall (i.e., asks you to pay for access to an article).
